Architectural project is first of all a guide. All structures come to life with an architectural design. With this responsibility given by our profession, our primary goals are to create the right solutions for buildings, to follow the developments in architecture, to participate in the workshops and to present not only the structures of today but also of the future.
As Gokcen Atmaca Architecture; first, we meet with the clients and gather preliminary information about the structure to be designed. In the next stage, we submit information such as the total construction area of the building and the number of independent sections, etc. together with our offer to our customers. Upon the signing of the contract by the parties, we create and deliver the “Preliminary Approval Project” and “Application Project” which are required for the Construction License. With our experienced staff, we monitor the construction process in line with the project.
